1. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices and specifications are confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI); website content is for reference only and does not constitute a contractual offer.

2. Samples

Sample fees and courier charges apply. Sample fees may be credited against a confirmed bulk order at our discretion. Pre-production samples are for specification confirmation before mass production.

3. Payment & Trade Terms

Payment by T/T: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Credit cards are accepted for sample orders. Trade terms: FOB, CNF (CFR) or CIF as stated in the Proforma Invoice.

4. Production & Delivery

Standard production lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit receipt, depending on order quantity and customization level. Delivery schedules may adjust for force majeure events such as port congestion, public holidays or regulatory delays.

5. Quality & Disputes

Every order passes final inspection before shipment. Please report any quality issue within 15 days of receipt with photos or inspection records; we will verify and resolve it through replacement, rework or credit.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Customer-provided designs, drawings, molds and branding remain the customer's property and are used only for that customer's orders. We do not share customer designs or business terms with third parties.

7. Website Notice

Specifications, images and lead times on this website are indicative and subject to order confirmation. Nothing on this website constitutes a contractual offer or warranty.
