MOQ, Samples & Lead Times — Order Terms in Plain Numbers

Most sourcing friction comes from terms that were never written down. This page states our order terms exactly as they appear on a quotation: a 300-piece per-model MOQ, samples in 7-10 days, and 30-45 days of production after sample approval.

No tiers hidden behind a form, no 'it depends' — and where customization changes a number, the change is on the quote before you commit.

What Moves MOQ and Lead Time

Standard spec orders run at the base numbers. Customization adds setup cost and time — priced, not guessed.

  • Custom Pantone colors: fabric MOQ may raise the per-model minimum
  • Woven labels and heat-transfer logos: no lead-time impact once artwork is approved
  • Retail packaging: add print lead time, quoted per dieline
  • ODM development: engineered sample first; timeline fixed in the project plan
  • Peak-season slots: book production before Chinese New Year and Q3 outdoor ramps

Where Inspection Fits the Timeline

The 30-45 day production window closes with a pre-shipment inspection — photo report to you, balance payment, then loading. Optional third-party or agent inspection is welcome and can be booked into the schedule at order confirmation.

For the buyer-side view of what to check and when, our bulk-order questions guide walks the same timeline from the importer's chair.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the 300-piece MOQ per model or per order?

Per model. A first order can mix models — e.g. 300 cots plus 300 crates in one container — which is how most retail and e-commerce buyers structure their first program.

What does a sample cost and how fast is it?

Samples are prepared in 7-10 days. Sample and courier fees are quoted with your first inquiry and credited against the production order in the usual program pattern — the exact term is stated on the quotation.

Does the 30-45 day lead time include shipping?

No — it is production time after sample approval. Freight time depends on lane and term; your quotation shows FOB, CNF and CIF so you can see the freight assumption explicitly.

What is the fastest path to a first order?

Send category + quantity + destination port today; approve a standard-spec sample; place the deposit. Standard-spec programs skip development entirely — that is the 30-45 day track.
