Pet products fail in predictable places: zippers, seams, frame joints, tread grip, and the gap between the approved sample and the container that arrives. This checklist is the sequence we walk with buyers — and the same gates we run internally on every order.
Use it with any supplier, not just us. A factory that welcomes this list is telling you something; one that dodges it is telling you something else.
The Pre-Order Checklist
Before any deposit, lock these seven items in writing.

Where Customization Needs Extra Checks
Custom work adds surfaces that need their own verification — budget for them.
- New fabrics: request tensile and colorfastness data from the roll batch
- Printed branding: check wash/rub fastness on the sample, not the mockup
- New packaging: drop-test the carton before mass print
- New hardware: verify buckle and zipper lots by batch number
- Compliance docs: REACH / Prop 65 relevant reports requested at order time, not at loading
How E-Yue Runs the Three Gates
Incoming materials are checked against the signed spec sheet before cutting. In-process checks cover the failure surfaces — seam strength, frame welds, zipper cycles — while the order is still correctable. The pre-shipment inspection produces the photo report that releases balance payment.
